Hawker Food Adventure!

Greetings my fellow foodies! Goofysaurus here! Ever craved for hawker food and there are just too many hawker food/centres in this little red dot that you just don’t know where to go? Well, no fret, I went to Adam Road food Centre and this hawker centre has one of the best dishes. Some of the stalls here have also appeared or been written by makansutra! This hawker centre is located at near Bukit Timah Road and Botanic Gardens.

The first thing I tried there was the Adam’s Indian Rojak.

The indian hawker that owns this stall makes one of the best rojaks in town. The ingredients are fried and when bitten, it is very crispy. Eat it while its hot and it will satisfy your taste buds. The sauce is most important thing accompanied with the rojak.  Its not so spicy and it tingles your taste buds. I recommend you foodies to try this dish at Adam Road. The price is also affordable. Randing from $3 to $8.

The next dish that I tried is the satay stall called Zaiton satay. The satay was cooked to perfection and it wasn’t that hard to chew on especially for the mutton stick. Though the sauce, to me could be better. But I liked that the peanut gravy, there was a lot of peanut. The price is also affordable. One stick costs $0.60 and a minimum order of 5 sticks must be made to order the different sort of satay meat.
